Try Work on it or Snooze. These examples stay in your browser.
Work, snooze, save, pass, complete. Clear choices, a reassuring response, and a card that gets out of your way.
Choose Work on it and the prompt slips away. Your Working on card stays in the desktop dock, with a slider ready for your next update. On iPhone, return from Home. Recording progress ends that work session.
Snooze confirms how long. A reminder’s Got it acknowledges the nudge. Slide in 10% steps to record progress, or past 100% to Done for a little celebration. Each saved action gets its moment, then the card closes.
On a shared task, save your progress and get a few seconds to pass it back to a colleague. Or simply let the card close. Notes, files and a clearly highlighted current holder keep everyone oriented.
Add files lets you choose On this device, Link cloud file or My uploads. A clear grid puts the large add icon first and your linked files beside it. On desktop, you can drop a file straight onto a task.
Link cloud file keeps a reference to the original. My uploads brings back files you’ve already saved. File previews join dated updates in the overview, so you can see who added what. Your notes, files and related tasks stay together between work sessions.
50 MB of complimentary uploaded-file storage. The small details matter when you use something every day.
Active looks ahead 72 hours along your work plan, bringing bigger tasks into view early enough to make progress. On Fridays, it includes the weekend and all of Monday. Undated tasks stay Active, snoozes are respected, and other unfinished work stays in Resting. Your desktop dock keeps working sessions close at hand.
See proposed work beside fixed commitments. Move a block to an available time, then review before publishing to your calendar. Related tasks keep their own progress, with their context close by.
Completed tasks look complete, whether personal or shared. Their history and files remain available. Full details and editing are easy to reach. Ready to let something go entirely? Delete sits beside Save changes, with a clear confirmation first.
